Welcome to Katina Marie Membership Program! By enrolling in our beauty membership, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Duration and Renewal

Membership duration is valid for 6 or 12 months from the date of enrollment.

Membership automatically renews at the end of the term unless canceled by the member.

2. Membership Benefits

As a member, you are entitled to exclusive benefits including discounted rates on beauty treatments, priority booking, and special promotions.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the enrolled member.

3. Appointment Scheduling

Members must schedule appointments in advance and are subject to availability.

Katina Marie Beauty Lounge will make every effort to accommodate member appointment preferences.

Katina Marie Beauty Lounge Cancellation policy applies to beauty memberships.

4. Treatment Timeframes

Members must adhere to the recommended timeframes between treatments as suggested by our beauty professionals.

The recommended timeframes ensure optimal results and the safety of our clients.

Excessive treatment frequency may not yield desired outcomes and may pose risks to skin and health.

5. Limitation on Treatments

To maintain the effectiveness and safety of treatments, the time between certain procedures may be limited as recommended by our beauty professionals.

Members must adhere to these limitations and consult with our staff for personalized recommendations.

Limitations per treatment:

• Limited to one per week

  • Brow Wax​

  • Brow Dye

• Limited to one per six weeks

  • Brow Lamination​

  • Lash Lift

6. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

Any changes to membership fees will be communicated to members in advance of renewal.

7. Cancellation and Minimum Term Commitment Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email to contact@kmbl.com.au

Members are committed to the minimum term specified upon enrollment and are not eligible to cancel before the completion of this term.

Early cancellation requests before the minimum term will not be accommodated, and membership fees will continue until the end of the agreed-upon term.

This clause ensures that members understand and acknowledge their commitment to the minimum term upon enrollment in our beauty membership program.

8. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards staff and fellow clients.

Katina Marie Beauty Lounge reserves the right to revoke membership privileges in the event of misconduct or violation of salon policies.

9. Modification of Terms

Katina Marie Beauty Lounge reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Members will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions.

10. Exclusions

The KMBL Unlimited Membership includes a range of services aimed at enhancing your natural beauty, excluding facial waxing, facial treatments and add-on services.
